Choose berries that are plump and firm with a deep blue pigment. A gray dusting on the surface is perfectly fine!



Rinse blueberries with water in a colander right before consumption to keep them fresh. Once drained, spread blueberries on a flat surface and gently pat dry with a paper towel. Toss in fruit bowl or salad and enjoy.



Blueberries can be kept for up to 2 weeks if refrigerated. For flavor and texture, consume within 1 week.

Make a blueberry compote by heating the blueberries in a saucepan on medium heat with 1-2 TBSP of maple syrup. This produces a sweet sauce that can be used to top pancakes or waffles.
