Health Benefits

  • Packed with vitamin C, which supports immunity.

  • Good source of vitamin A, which is critical for healthy skin and eyes.

  • Rich in fiber, which supports gut health.

How To:

1

Pick

Ripe mangoes will "give" when gently squeezed. Color does not indicate level of ripeness.

2

Prepare

  1. Mangoes have a wide and fibrous core that runs directly down the middle of the fruit.
  2. On either side of the core is the usable portion called "cheeks".
  3. Before removing the cheeks, remove a small piece from the bottom so the mango sits flat.
  4. Take out the cheeks and enjoy.
3

Store

Unripe mangoes can be stored in a paper bag to speed up the ripening process. Ripe mangoes can be placed in the fridge to slow over-ripening for up to 5 days.
