A Telenutrition appointment typically lasts for 60 mins. We’ve found that this length of time allows us to fully assess and address any needs or questions as we conduct the counseling session.
Yes, each member of the Kroger Health Dietitian team is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Several of our Dietitians also have secondary or tertiary additional certifications.
With more limited access to the normal items on your grocery list, there is no better time to learn how to maximize your meals. Our Registered Dietitians can guide you to new recipes using what’s in your pantry, educate you on foods that will support your immune system during this vulnerable time, and help you and your family learn how to eliminate food waste. Our team can also provide exercise tips and supplement suggestions when helpful.
